Henri Nordoc Merlot
Almost opaque in colour with scents of chocolate, cassis and black cherry. The palate is dominated by flavours of blackcurrant and red plum with subtle leathery notes. This is a robust and supple wine with a lasting finish. Merlot is the perfect accompaniment to beef - try with a rump steak and herb stuffing, braised beef olives or steak and oyster pie.
