Pilton - Tamoshanta 2020
A fruity, keeved cider, made from an orchard blend of bittersweet apple varieties & fermented in fresh Highland whisky barrels. The gentle barrel character adds complexity to some Somerset tannins, both being balanced by fruity succulent natural sweetness. Fermented with wild yeasts, unpasteurised, naturally sweet.
